Law360, New York (March 08, 2010, 2:01 PM ET) -- The Timken Co. has filed suit against the U.S. Department of Commerce, claiming the agency miscalculated the value of the steel used to make tapered roller bearings in its most recent anti-dumping duty review of Chinese imports.
Timken filed a complaint Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, disputing the results of Commerce's review of tapered roller bearings imported into the U.S. between June 1, 2007, and May 31, 2008.
