Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 4:25 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has announced that the current anti-dumping duty order on hand trucks and related parts from China will remain in place, determining during a recent sunset review that revocation of the order would likely injure the U.S. industry.
The ITC revealed the results of the five-year review Wednesday, saying all six commissioners had voted to maintain the order, which was initially issued in 2004.
