US Wins Stay Of Diamond Saw Blades CIT Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 5:35 PM ET) -- A suit from domestic saw blade makers challenging duty rates on Chinese exporters will not move forward until a federal appeals court adjudicates a related appeal, a U.S. Court of International Trade judge has ruled.

Judge R. Kenton Musgrave issued an order Friday continuing the stay in the Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers Coalition's suit against the U.S. Department of Commerce, denying DSMC's motion to lift the stay in light of the court's January decision in the related Diamond Sawblades II suit.
