Law360, New York (April 22, 2010, 12:11 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to sustain an anti-dumping duty order on crepe paper products from China, finding that revocation of duties would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of injury to American producers.
The commissioners voted unanimously to keep the duties in place, the ITC announced Wednesday.
