Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 6:48 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a preliminary determination finding that certain Indian producers of welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes sold their goods below normal value in the U.S.
The department issued a notice Monday in the Federal Register indicating that the average dumping margins for some of the companies at issue was 10.29 percent.
“We have preliminarily found that sales of the subject merchandise have been made at prices below normal value,” the notice said.
