Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 5:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily assessed a 0.94 percent weighted-average dumping margin for certain of South Korean textile exporter Huvis Corp.'s polyester staple fiber products sold between May 1, 2008, and April 30, 2009.
The International Trade Administration published the preliminary results of its 2008-2009 administrative review Tuesday in the Federal Register, saying the company has 35 days to file a rebuttal brief and that final results are to be published in 120 days.
