US Stalls Indonesia Clove Cigarette Dispute At WTO

Law360, New York (June 24, 2010, 1:42 PM ET) -- The U.S. has temporarily blocked a request by Indonesia to set up a World Trade Organization panel to investigate its complaint that an American ban on the sale of clove cigarettes, a major Indonesian export, was unfair and violated certain WTO provisions.
