Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 3:58 PM ET) -- Chinese exporter Trust Chem Co. Ltd. is taking a swing at the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision to slap its exports of a chemical pigment with a 30.7 percent anti-dumping duty.
The company filed a summons Wednesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, saying it was contesting the final results of an anti-dumping order issued by the International Trade Administration on June 28 that covers carbazole violet pigment 23.
