Ford Document Bid Denied In Harbor Tax Dispute

Law360, New York (August 02, 2010, 1:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected Ford Motor Co.'s request for documents and depositions from U.S. Customs and Border Protection personnel in its prolonged challenge over millions of dollars in harbor maintenance taxes, finding that the agency already filed the requisite documents during discovery.
