ITC To Rush Antiseptic Duty Reviews For China, Spain

Law360, New York (August 10, 2010, 6:14 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to expedite its review of anti-dumping duties on chlorinated isocyanurates — typically used as an antiseptic in swimming pools — from China and Spain.

The six ITC commissioners voted to conduct the five-year sunset review on an speedy basis after determining that the respondent group response was inadequate, the commission said Monday. The domestic response was adequate, it said.
