Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 7:10 PM ET) -- The U.S. government is appealing two aspects of a World Trade Organization finding that subsidies paid to Airbus SAS by European governments ran afoul of WTO rules — a decision the U.S. hailed as a victory when it came down.
