Law360, New York (September 08, 2010, 4:00 PM ET) -- The World Trade Organization is reportedly planning to release a ruling next week regarding the European Union's allegations that the U.S. doled out illegal subsidies to Boeing Co., part of an ongoing feud over alleged government handouts between Boeing and foreign rival Airbus SAS.
