Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 3:22 PM ET) -- After nearly 20 years of negotiations, Russia is now likely to join the World Trade Organization within the next 12 months, President Barack Obama's senior economic adviser reportedly told reporters in Moscow on Wednesday.
