Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 12:20 PM ET) -- The World Trade Organization has concluded that the U.S. is within its rights to apply both anti-dumping and countervailing duties to Chinese products, overruling China's objections to the practice.
In a 303-page report issued Friday, the WTO concluded that the U.S. did not act inconsistently with its obligations to the organization when it applied both types of duties to circular welded pipe, off-the-road tires and other products.
