Law360, New York (November 08, 2010, 12:54 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission's finding on remand that Chinese and Korean saw blade imports hurt a U.S. industry has gone final, paving the way for the continuation of dumping orders and the conclusion of related litigation.
The ITC issued a notice Friday announcing the finalization of its ruling, which had been reversed on remand and then affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a back-and-forth investigation that took more than five years.
