Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 2:14 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review a determination that Oki Data Corp. infringed one of five patents for printing and imaging technology asserted by Ricoh Co. Ltd.
In a notice Monday, the ITC said it would take a look at an administrative law judge's finding that Oki infringed eight claims of U.S. Patent Number 5,863,690, titled “Toner image fixing method.” The judge had also ruled that Oki committed a violation of Section 337 with respect to the patent.
