Law360, New York (December 07, 2010, 5:51 PM ET) -- China has fleshed out its challenge to the World Trade Organization’s finding that the U.S. is entitled to impose both anti-dumping and countervailing duties on off-road tires, circular welded pipe and other Chinese products.
On Monday, China circulated an appeal at the World Trade Organization contending the organization erred in October when it upheld U.S. trade sanctions and roundly rejected China’s claims that the tandem duties clash with WTO mandates.
