Fed. Circ. Vacates CIT Ruling On Paper Dumping

Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 3:44 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit has vacated a lower court's ruling that thermal paper imported to the U.S. by Papierfabrik August Koehler AG poses a threat to the domestic industry.

In a decision Tuesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said the dumping determination in the case was improperly calculated.
