EU To Monitor Duty-Free Chinese Shoe Exports

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 6:03 PM ET) -- Controversial European anti-dumping duties on shoes imported from China are set to expire at the end of March, though the European Union said Wednesday that it would continue to monitor the situation.

The current measures, which also cover footwear exports from Vietnam, are due to expire March 31 as no European manufacturers asked the European Commission to review the regulations, the regulator said.
