WTO An Option For China Export Credits: EU Trade Head

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 5:41 PM ET) -- If a European Union company filed a complaint over China's allegedly anti-competitive export credit subsidies, the bloc's trade watchdog would be willing to take the dispute to the World Trade Organization, the EU's trade chief said Wednesday.
