Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 8:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday cut a set of patent claims from an investigation into Chinese manufacturers and domestic importers accused of infringing Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc.'s electrical systems patents.
An administrative law judge with the commission granted Leviton's bid to have the investigation whittled down to cover a smaller set of claims relating to two of the three patents-in-suit for ground fault circuit interrupters.
