Law360, New York (May 19, 2011, 7:38 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday refused to disturb a ruling ordering the U.S. International Trade Commission to reconsider its finding that thermal paper imported to the U.S. by Papierfabrik August Koehler AG poses a threat to the domestic industry.
The ITC had requested an en banc rehearing of a January Federal Circuit panel decision remanding the case to the ITC, but the court voted 8-3 to not rehear the case.
