Seafood Co. Fights For Duty Proceeds In Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (July 06, 2011, 4:33 PM ET) -- Louisiana seafood company PS Chez Sidney LLC tried to persuade the Federal Circuit on Wednesday that it was entitled to a cut of dumping duty proceeds even though it did not fill out forms expressing support for the dumping orders.

“There is no dispute that Chez Sidney took no actions to oppose,” PS Chez attorney Michael T. Shor told a three-judge panel.
