US Disposed TV Duties Protest, Hitachi Tells Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (July 08, 2011, 5:25 PM ET) -- Hitachi Home Electronics Inc. tried to persuade the Federal Circuit on Friday that the federal government's failure to act within two years of its protest of duties on imported flat-screen TVs was an outright denial of the protest, leaving room for judicial review.
