Law360, New York (October 06, 2011, 2:52 PM ET) -- A Los Angeles-based industrial manufacturer lodged a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade protesting the decision by the U.S. Department of Commerce to exclude certain models of Chinese-made hand trucks imported by a rival from an anti-dumping order.
Gleason Industrial Products Inc. and subsidiary Precision Products Inc. brought the action in response to Commerce’s September decision which excluded two small hand-truck models imported from China by Torrance, Calif.-based WelCom Products Inc., according to the complaint.
