ITC To Review Duties On Russian Steelmaking Products

Law360, New York (December 05, 2011, 6:17 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to conduct a full five-year sunset review concerning the anti-dumping order on ferrovanadium and nitrided vanadium from Russia, the commission said Monday.

The review will evaluate whether nixing the duties on the Russian imports would likely lead to a recurrence or continuation of material injury to U.S. companies within a reasonably foreseeable time, the statement said.
