Supplier Misled DOD Over Chinese-Made Parts: Suit

Law360, New York (December 22, 2011, 5:25 PM ET) -- An independent contractor has accused a U.S. Department of Defense vehicle parts supplier of telling the agency that end products were made in the U.S. when they were really made in China, according to a complaint unsealed Tuesday in Pennsylvania.
