Law360, San Diego (January 09, 2012, 7:08 PM ET) -- European steel industry group Eurofer has lodged an anti-subsidy complaint with the European Commission claiming that Chinese organic coated steel companies are receiving illegal government assistance, the group said Monday.
Eurofer's Jan. 6 complaint was filed after it brought an anti-dumping complaint with the EC over the Chinese imports in November.
