Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 5:02 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Tuesday refused to disturb a U.S. International Trade Commission finding that lightweight thermal paper imported to the U.S. by Papierfabrik August Koehler AG posed a threat to the domestic industry.
Judge Donald C. Pogue affirmed remanded findings by the ITC that Koehler’s imports of thermal paper — a thin paper that changes color on contact with heat — still represented a threat to domestic producers, closing the case.
