China To Revisit Duties On EU Potato Starch

Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 4:19 PM ET) -- China’s Ministry of Commerce plans to review anti-dumping duties the country has in place on potato starch imports from the European Union, the ministry said Wednesday.

The Ministry of Commerce said it would continue to enforce and collect anti-dumping duties during the course of the review, which it expects to complete by February 2013.

China has imposed anti-dumping duties of 12.6 percent to 56.7 percent on EU potato starch producers since April, in an effort to stop European producers from dumping the product in the Chinese...
