Law360, New York (March 01, 2012, 5:16 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that the two largest Chinese exporters of frozen warmwater shrimp to the U.S. did not sell products in the States at below market value from February 2010 through January 2011, the agency said Thursday.
