Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 7:14 PM ET) -- A German paper company sued the U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday, challenging the continued use of zeroing to calculate anti-dumping duties despite the government's plans to abandon the controversial methodology.
Papierfabrik August Koehler AG acknowledged in a U.S. Court of International Trade complaint that Commerce had said it wouldn't halt zeroing until April 16, but said it was illogical for the government to argue the process was legitimate when it had already conceded the issue.
