Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 7:08 PM ET) -- The European Union said Wednesday that it would reconsider its anti-dumping duty on a certain chemical imported by Dow Chemical Co. after the company complained that the measure was no longer necessary.
Dow had asked the EU to review the duty on ethanolamine only as it applied to Dow, claiming the company had raised its export prices since the measure was last reviewed in 2010 and was no longer dumping the product on European markets.
