Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 2:33 PM ET) -- Staples Inc., Target Corp. and OfficeMax Inc. imported Chinese-produced pencils into the U.S. that had been transshipped through other countries to avoid paying high anti-dumping duties, according to a complaint unsealed Tuesday in Washington federal court.
