Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 6:20 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama’s executive order this week seeking streamlined international regulations has led to an uncommon meeting of the minds among activists of vastly different political stripes worried about excessive deference to foreign prerogatives on drug safety, pollution and other matters.
