IP Professors Slam Pacific Trade Talks As Overly Secretive

Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 4:21 PM ET) -- A day after media trade groups and others called on President Barack Obama to ensure strong intellectual property protections in the Trans-Pacific Partnership, dozens of IP law professors from around the world criticized the TPP negotiations Wednesday, calling them overly secretive.
