Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 4:24 PM ET) -- The U.S. Trade Representative on Wednesday pushed Congress to extend and alter provisions that promote apparel and textile trading with Africa and Latin America, saying a lack of action could lead to job losses and factory closures in developing countries.
