Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 4:49 PM ET) -- Peregrine Semiconductor Corp. sued HTC Corp. and its U.S. subsidiary in the U.S. International Trade Commission and California federal court on Monday, accusing the smartphone maker of infringing five patents covering radio frequency circuitry.
Peregrine's complaints allege HTC's One S smartphone contains an integrated circuit manufactured by RF Micro Devices Inc. that borrows from Peregrine's patented RF integrated circuit switching technology.
An HTC spokeswoman said Tuesday that the company was reviewing the accusations.
