Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 7:33 PM ET) -- A former manager with a Netherlands-based freight-forwarding company who was part of a conspiracy to illegally export spray paint coatings and other goods to Iran was sentenced in New Jersey federal court on Tuesday to six months in prison.
U.S. Judge Claire C. Cecchi handed down that sentence for Ulrich Davis, whom prosecutors say worked with a co-conspirator in another country to funnel goods from New Jersey to businesses and governmental agencies of Iran, which has faced mounting sanctions and other pressure over its nuclear program....
