Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 5:50 PM ET) -- An ex-official of the Haitian government was sentenced to nine years in prison Monday for his role in a scheme by U.S. telephone companies, including Terra Telecommunications Corp., to obtain business advantages in Haiti.
