DOD Contractors Under Fire In Counterfeit Parts Report

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 7:59 PM ET) -- Chinese counterfeit electronic components have found their way into critical weapons and aircraft, including the Air Force's largest cargo plane, according to a U.S. Senate report Monday that criticized defense contractors' efforts to fight counterfeiters.
