MKS Worker Charged With Smuggling Uranium Sensors To China

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 2:51 PM ET) -- MKS Instruments Inc. said Wednesday that federal prosecutors have charged a sales manager at its Shanghai office with smuggling $6.5 million worth of sensors used in the production of weapons-grade uranium out of the U.S. and into China and elsewhere.
