EU Calls For Committee To Evaluate China Investments

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 7:33 PM ET) -- The European Parliament on Wednesday adopted a resolution that calls for the European Union to create a monitoring body to observe China's investment in EU firms and its purchases of European sovereign debt.

The resolution says that the EU must act together in order to address unfair competition from China and compel balanced trade, according to a statement from the parliament.
