Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 5:48 PM ET) -- Zep Solar Inc. and Westinghouse Solar Inc. said Thursday that they have reached a comprehensive settlement of their legal disputes, including their fight before the U.S. International Trade Commission, bringing an end to their patent battle over solar panel and mounting system technologies.
