Feds Lose Bid To Bar Experts In FCPA Trial

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 3:30 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday denied most of the federal government's request to exclude 10 expert witnesses designated by former Control Components Inc. executive David Edmonds to testify in his upcoming trial over allegations he bribed foreign officials for business.
