Commerce Slams Chinese Oil Pipe Exporters Over Dumping

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 7:48 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that a group of Chinese oil pipe exporters sold their merchandise at rates below market value in the U.S., according to a preview of Friday's Federal Register.

The trade regulator said that it had made a preliminary determination in its administrative review of oil country tubular goods — tubes used in oil drilling — from the People's Republic of China that a trio of Chinese pipe exporters had sold their goods at submarket rates during the period of review...
