Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 8:21 PM ET) -- The U.S. reportedly called on Argentina Friday to promptly bring an end to an import licensing scheme and other trade restrictions, which have allegedly frustrated foreign businesses, and it also raised concerns about new Indonesian import restrictions.
Rachel Bae, a U.S. attache, made the U.S. positions known at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, saying it was America’s hope that Argentina would put an end to the import-restrictive measures at once, Reuters reported.
