China Renews Chemical Duties On US, Launches New EU Probe

Law360, New York (July 02, 2012, 3:22 PM ET) -- China's commerce ministry said took steps last week to crack down on the dumping of certain chemicals imported from the U.S., other countries and Europe, renewing one anti-dumping duty order and launching a new probe, according to two statements released Monday.
