Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 2:23 PM ET) -- Australia's Customs and Border Protection Service said Tuesday it would impose anti-dumping duties on steel tube products imported from China, South Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan.
The duty order follows an investigation by the customs department that found steelmakers in the four countries were dumping the products into Australia at artificially low prices that harmed domestic steel tube producers.
