Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 7:40 PM ET) -- The U.K.'s ambassador to the U.S. said Wednesday that the time is ripe for a free trade agreement between Europe and the U.S., adding that such a move would take advantage of an opportunity to boost economic growth and recovery.
